Effective from January 16th to February 16th, our shipping policy is as follows:

Shipping Duration: Orders shipped internationally may vary in transit time, typically ranging from 4 to 10 working days.

Handling Time - 2- 4 Working days

Handmade Products - Orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 14 business days from the confirmation of payment. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. However, after this period, it is not possible to cancel as our team would have begun working on order fulfillment.

Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it will be closed. During these times, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

Shipping Policy 

At Lumulox Decor, we are committed to delivering your purchase in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping schedule operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed on the same day.

Dimensional Variability in Handmade Products: +/- 1-3 Inch Tolerance

We want to emphasize that our handmade products can exhibit slight variations in dimensions, typically within a range of plus or minus 1 to 3 inches. These variations are inherent to the craftsmanship of handmade items and should be taken into account when considering your purchase.

Processing and Shipping Times:

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship out your items. For custom-made products, the processing time extends to 7-12 days due to the additional care and effort required in their creation.

We offer Free Insured Shipping, which generally has a delivery time of 7-15 days. Please note, handling time usually takes 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Delays and Issues:

While we always strive to ensure on-time delivery, there could be occasions where shipping might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of any potential hold-ups.

Once your order is shipped, we entrust it to reliable courier services. If you need to redirect your package or make other changes, we will communicate with the postal services on your behalf. However, please understand that we cannot control any delays or issues that may occur during transit.

If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us with your order number so we can help locate your shipment.

Fulfillment Centers:

We maintain fulfillment centers in the USA, China, Spain, and Germany. Depending on the availability of stock, we dispatch your order from the nearest center to ensure consistent and quick delivery.

Tracking Information:

Every shipment from Lumulox Decor includes tracking information. We will send this to you via email or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched. For orders that necessitate multiple shipments, additional tracking information will be provided for each package.
